You know how, every once in awhile, people will start posting that big “I do not consent to [insert social media site] having ownership or usage of my photographs or information” and tells everyone to reshare?
I mean, you created an account and signed a TOS so yeah, you did.
But I digress. This pedal is the LOAF by Big Ear Pedals. The special art was a limited edition joke by Grant and Karen when that “letter” was going around recently.
Technically a medium-gain fuzz, the LOAF doesn’t exactly leave me feeling like I need more gain on tap. This babe has PLENTY of angry fuzzy tones to keep me happy. It’s definitely wooly, which I like.
What really sets the LOAF apart is that it won’t steal your low end — if anything, it rolls off the brittle-sounding high end. Again, that’s all I want in a fuzz. I’m a big fan of this pedal. It has three knobs that interact with each other for plenty of tonal options without being overwhelming. This is a fun dude and I like it.
