The Organizer by Earthquaker Devices is, briefly put, a polyphonic organ emulator. In other words, it makes your guitar sound like an old school organ. Basically, it’s a pitch shifter that works in octaves and can handle both single notes as well as chords. It’s different from other octave pedals with that, as they put it “hint of Leslie warble.” From top row, left to right, the controls are:
Up: Level control for the octave up.
Down: Level control for the octave down.
Choir: The magic dial! According to Earthquaker, this takes a mix of the octave Up and Down setting and regenerates it so that you ultimately get two octaves up, two down, and a more “ahhhhhhhhhh” kind of feel. Note: This only works if the octave Up and octave Down are in use.
Lag: Delay control for the wet signal. Basically, you can have a little latency, or a lot.
Tone
Direct: Level control for the original dry signal.
