Welcome to get offset. My name is Emily and I’m here today with the tiny fuzz from the illustrator series by MAS effects. This is, uh, uh, a very uniquely small here’s my hand. And here’s a little jazz pick for scale. Um, tiny FAS and, um, MAs affects it’s MAS-effects.com has this little guy available for as little as 49 bucks, um, for already assembled in stock units.

And, uh, for starting at about 65, you can do a custom build. So this is a little custom build. I did, I got to pick between like a bunch of different, um, Illustrations. So I picked this little birdie with a knife because I felt like it hit my aesthetic. I picked two knobs. You can do just one. You can make it a one knob fuzz and control the volume via an internal, um, Turney guy.

Wow. Trim pot, um, P an internal trim pot. Uh, you can customize the switch. Um, The, the bold color there, the led color, a lot of stuff on this, so it can really embody, however you are feeling at the moment. Uh, and did I mention, it’s only starts at $49 for this little fuzz? Um, yeah, it says handmade. So I didn’t really look inside, but, um, You know, there are truth and marketing laws.

So at the very least divestment was hand assembled. Turn that off. Maybe I’m playing my, her signature Stratocaster by fender, through my Stripe and Iridium around B. Um, I’m really excited to show you all what this little fuzz could do. It impacts a wall up for me in such a small package. And I will pause for effect.

Uh, the one thing to note is that it is actually kind of tall. It’s just a smidge taller than a standard enclosure, but I don’t think that would affect most pedal boards. So that’s not something to really be, uh, be concerned about. I wouldn’t be worried. So here is my, a clean sale. I just tuned

and let’s try it with the gain all the way down.

Let’s roll back the volume and see how that cleans up.

turn the volume back up.

Let’s try some more fuzz. That’s the lowest setting is pretty gnarly already.

Watch my levels

that was, of course with my volume rolled back, it was going to.

it’s a little dark, it’s a dark fuzz, but I don’t mind that. I kind of like that, that, that sound over like something that very easily. So I’m into it. It’s it suits what I like in a fuzz.

I don’t know what that was.

Shot on the bridge pickup.

nice. That’s mild. It feels more mild now to my ears. For some reason, maybe my ears are adjusting in a weird

I think I even prefer it on the bridge pickup, to be honest.

my God was that hard to do there even.

Hey, what’s up.

Ooh, boy.

Um, I guess it’s cold in my office.

okay. I just realized what this reminds me of. So, um, one of the last, I think probably the last time I was in Nashville was for a show and I was borrowing a dirt pedal to play on with Michelle Sullivan and the all night boys. Um, from one of the guys who runs the, the butcher shop out there, um, named Sean Sullivan and he had this weird no-name, uh, fuzz that I really liked and almost made an offer on.

And this reminds me a lot of that. Like, I really, really like it I’m surprised at how much I like it. And of course, obviously, I mean, I was sent this to demo. Um, but again, $50 pedal. Uh, so yeah, this is a paid promotion. Um, but yeah, I really, I really am into that. That it’s the first fuzz I’ve played that felt like that.

Fuck that random, random ass fuzz I played in Nashville and I I’ve been looking for that. It just hit me and, uh, I want to play it some more. Uh, damn. I didn’t, I didn’t expect to feel that way about those FAS

nice. Whoo. I’m happy. Really happy. It just hit my brain. My brain has been functioning weird. Um, but yeah, that is the Monza facts of tiny fuzz from their illustrator series. Check out their website for all of the different, the different looks. Um, I think this one is called I’m scrolling on the website.

Cause I just realized that they have all of them. So I was kind of torn between the, the design for the devil’s avocado and this one’s called Kiwi. And they were both by, uh, someone on Instagram called Madi ma Mazzi makes M O T T S Y M a T E N N a K E S and said the word, the letter key. I’m great. I’m doing great.

Nice. Uh, yeah, so, so check it out for like 50 bucks. It’s pretty hard to like find fault. With a thing personally. Uh, I think if you don’t know if you like fuzz or if you don’t like the traditional kind of muffed style fuzz or a gated fuzz, like try this, this is really neat. It’s not going to take up too much space on your pedal board.

You can customize the art and the colors of like the types of knobs, switches, other things you can make it just a single knob. If you, if you want. Um, so yeah. Thanks for watching. Thanks for understanding until, Oh, please. Obviously this is only available at, at the MAs affects website. As far as I know, there might be some on reverb.

If you’re shopping for other things, please consider using the affiliate links in the video description. Those help us tremendously. When you buy via Sweetwater or reverb or sign up for a district kid. Through those lengths. So thanks for watching. Thanks for just until next time. My name is Emily goodbye.
